    "Governing in New England"
    (continuation of Spring Seminars' cohort)
    July 7 - 11, 2008
    This week-long Summer Institute will take place in 5 different locations throughout Essex County, Mass. While the central theme is "Governing," teachers will have a chance to see various historic sites and their collections first-hand. Inquiry based learning techniques will be explored to add some zip into social studies lessons! Locations and sub-themes to be announced soon.


    The next session of seminars and summer institute will repeat the major themes of the first. During the 3rd session of this grant program a new set of session topics and locations will take place. Contact us for information regarding taking part in this exciting opportunity!
